Liz has over 20 years of experience that includes management, human resources, organizational development and leadership coaching. The breadth of this experience allows her to support the development needs across the full life cycle of the employee experience with a focus on transitioning managers into the leaders of tomorrow. She brings experience supporting engineering, aerospace, graduate business school assessment and not for profit organizations by specializing in management and leadership development programs and leadership coaching. In private practice, Liz works closely with individuals to support their career transitions; her services include job search methods, resume review, cover letter creation and interview prep.
